Skylights & Rooflights

Roof lights and Skylights

Roof lights, sometimes called Skylights are the simplest way to transform an otherwise gloomy space into a light, airy and attractive room you want to spend time in. The addition of a stylish roof light gives a whole new lease of life to a room with otherwise limited uses, allowing you to open it up and make it truly part of your home.

The primary purpose of a roof light is to provide natural light in areas with small or no windows, or windows that don’t attract much sunlight. Our roof lights, however, are far from just functional necessities; apropos roof lights are stylish architectural features in their own right.

Roof lights have many applications, both domestically and commercially. Long, narrow rooms and corridors often suffer from lack of light, as do very large rooms that may have windows but still be dark towards the centre. Garden rooms and pool houses often have roof lights, too, as they provide a light and airy feel to the room and reduce the need for artificial lighting.

True Versatility Roof Lights

Like other products from Apropos, roof lights are designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the client; there are no standard products and we can make a roof light to fit any size and shape of roof. Roof lights can also be supplied with automated vent actuation, which allows you to cater for differences in inside temperature and outside weather, letting in a light summer breeze and keeping out a cold winter frost.

Total Transformation with a Skylight

Roof lights really do transform a room. From dark and gloomy to light and airy, the addition of a roof light is all that is needed to bring a new lease of life to living and working space.
