Case Study - Period Property Lean to
To extend the kitchen area and create a lean-to conservatory which does not compromise on the period features of the property and makes use of dead space behind the property.
An existing shelter had to be removed and the land cleared before the structure could be installed. The original outside wall was left exposed to add period features to the contemporary design. Electric vents were installed to allow air to flow freely through the extension. Patio doors were added to allow access to the garden and to match the other doors in the house.
