Case Study - Patio Lean to Conservatory
To design a sideways extension to utilise a under used area of the garden, together with changes to the current door and window configuration.
Soil, vent and rain water pipes are common in this type of situation; the design of the structure had to take this into consideration. The new structure was divided internally into two separate area’s; here at the front is a small utility area adjacent to the kitchen. Behind this is a playroom off the dining area. New door and windows allows better access to the garden and more light into the kitchen.
