Once the General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) has been approved, the Technical team will proceed with the generation of the detailed manufacturing drawings. Once ready these are passed to the Manufacturing team who will procure the materials for your structure and then fabricate them entirely from scratch in accordance with the technical drawings. Where appropriate (eg. complicated hips or valleys) elements, or in some cases the whole, of your structure will be trial built to ensure accuracy. Once fabricated the component parts are polyester powder coated in your chosen colour before being carefully wrapped in readiness for despatch.
