Case Study - Lean to House Extension
Our client had recently purchased this town house; the builder had constructed the white plastic conservatory in an effort to create a garden room; unfortunately it was so cold it wasn’t used for much at the time. It was a separate area that felt disconnected from the main living area; our brief was to create an open extension of the living room, bringing the garden room into use all the time.
Altering the first floor sliding door to a window gave more height and an innovative design creating internal height and features. The three sliding doors to the front elevation gave good access to the garden and satin glass to the side ensured privacy.
