Sliding doors are easy to operate and require no space on either side of the threshold, whilst folding sliding doors allow for the opening up of an entire side of a building, or at least the entire door aperture. Folding sliding doors can be folded and stacked to the left or right, to the inside of the threshold or the outside. Sliding doors and folding sliding doors, in common with other apropos elements, are customer made to order, so there is no need to worry if an existing aperture is not a “standard” size. Equally, when designing a new structure, there are no restrictions on the size of folding sliding doors that can be included in the design.
