extrusion suite

Our extrusions suite is Apropos specific. Designed by Apropos for use only by Apropos. The suite is augmented where appropriate by premium 3rd party door and window systems.

Design

The apropos MK3 thermally broken system is designed to comply with BS4873:2004, Specification for Aluminium Alloy Windows. All beads and gaskets are designed in compliance with BS6262:1982. Code of Practice for Glazing for Buildings.

Materials

The system is extruded in two  grades of aluminium alloy to tolerances as defined in EN 12020. Each specifically chosen for a combination of architectural and structural properties, namely 6060 T6, 6082 T6

Performance

Tested to BS6375-1:2004, Performance of Windows and  Doors.
