Black & Decker: Make bank holiday a home improvement break
Power tool manufacturer Black & Decker has encouraged Brits to make the most of the forthcoming August bank holiday weekend.
It suggested that the break is the perfect time to take care of any home improvement jobs.
While larger projects, such as installing a bespoke conservatory or garden studio, may be best left to the experts, Black & Decker claimed its range of products are perfect for making DIY a cinch.
The firm noted that many homeowners choose to use its sanders to revamp doors, window ledges and skirting boards.
However, the tools can also be used to remove rust, clean glass and polish metalwork, meaning they are versatile and can be of great benefit to users.
Those planning to redecorate could find the Black & Decker Wallpaper Stripper handy, especially thanks to the fact that it is quick boiling, meaning work can be started almost straight away.
The bank holiday takes place on the last weekend of the month from August 28th to 30th.
