Advice on improving bathrooms
Brits who are in the process of renovating their home may be interested in the latest advice from Essential Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Magazine (EKBB).
Homeowners have a number of options when upgrading their property, with everything from bespoke conservatories and pool houses to a simple new lick of paint or carpet helping to improve the abode.
Those redecorating their bathrooms should consider a free-standing bath, EKBB editor Ronnie Whelan suggested.
The expert noted that such investments are very desirable at the moment and help lend a luxurious look and feel to the room.
Ms Whelan suggested that it is a case of 'the bigger the better' when it comes to buying a feature bath, describing it as a "show-stopping focal point".
However, a recent Buster study showed that 60 per cent of adults now shower instead of taking a bath in order to save time, water and space.
The editor noted that walk-in showers and wet rooms are also becoming extremely popular.
