Conservatory kitchens becoming more popular
Conservatory kitchens appear to be en vogue at the moment with Apropos noting a rise in the number of enquiries about the glazed structures.
According to the specialist, such home improvements are ideal for flooding the cooking and eating space with natural light.
The option of folding sliding doors also allows homeowners to open their kitchen into the garden, allowing fresh air to circulate and making outdoor party catering easy.
"More people these days are looking to make their homes brighter and more airy, so are looking to us to help them achieve their dream home," explained regional sales manager Peter Holland.
A recent Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors report revealed that adding a new kitchen to your property can make it more appealing to buyers and increase the home's value by as much as four per cent.
Meanwhile, Apropos recently suggested that one of its Atelier garden studios could be ideal for those planning a summer of relaxing and entertaining outdoors.
