Now is the time to remortgage
Brits considering remortgaging in order to pay for a bespoke lean-to conservatory may be interested in the latest advice from Assetz.
According to the firm, now is a great time to remortgage your property as there are currently some fantastic offers available.
Following recent HSBC analysis, Assetz chief executive Stuart Law advised those who are offered a good deal to jump at the chance.
The study showed that the amount of equity a homeowner holds is more important than ever when it comes to remortgaging.
"There are some very good deals out there, particularly on homes as opposed to buy-to-let property," the expert said.
Mr Law added that those who need the money for another venture or would simply like to reduce their monthly costs could benefit from rearranging their deals in the coming weeks.
He predicted that the number of people remortgaging would shoot up in the near future.
