Conservatory offers "magnificent views" in Aberdeenshire property
An impressive property with a "well-appointed" conservatory has been put up for sale in one of the most picturesque regions of Aberdeenshire, it has been confirmed.
Collieston Hall, which is located in the Hightown region of Collieston, is fully double-glazed and features attractions such as a split-level lounge and a galleried seating area.
However, the Press and Journal notes that the buyer could sit in the conservatory and look out across some of the beautiful local scenery controlled by Forvie Natural Heritage.
"A great deal of care has gone into the construction of the home, with fine attention to detail, and there are a number of eye-catching features," the newspaper explained.
"Its tranquil location has magnificent views across a loch and it enjoys a privileged setting on the edge of beautiful nature and coastal walks."
According to the publication, the home also features a luxury open-plan kitchen with study and breakfast areas, a master suite with shower-room and sauna and two further double bedrooms.
The property, which has large, well maintained gardens containing an array of shrubs, trees and bushes, is currently on sale for £485,000.
